EU on Iran Deal – level 2

Trump wants to pull out of the Iran nuclear deal, as he says that it was the ‘worst deal ever’.

The EU does not agree with Trump, and the President of the European Council said that the deal is good for European and world security. He said that the EU will stick to the deal as long as Iran does.

Difficult words: deal (when countries promise to do or not do some things), European Council (an EU institution which defines what the EU wants to do), stick (not stop).
