Harry and Meghan Leave the Royal Family – level 3

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced on Wednesday that they are going to step back as senior members of the Royal Family, and work to become financially independent while continuing to fully support Her Majesty The Queen.

In their statement, Prince Harry and his wife Meghan said that they will split their time between the United Kingdom and North America to get the space to focus on their new chapter, including the launch of their new charitable project. The couple said that they will continue to collaborate with Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles and other relevant parties.

In a statement, Buckingham Palace said that they understand the couple’s desire to take a different way, but discussions are at an early stage, and it will take some time to work through this complicated issue.
