Central Park Tower is a building in New York with apartments only. There are no offices in this building. It is now the tallest building with apartments in the world, and the views from this building are fantastic.

The prices in this building are very high. The cheapest apartments start at 6.7 million dollars. The most expensive five-bedroom apartment costs 63 million dollars.

It cost 3 billion dollars to build this tower. The question is who will buy the apartments now when there are not many new buyers who are looking for expensive apartments in New York.
