Central Park Tower has just become the tallest residential building in the word. The views from this building are amazing.

The prices in this skyscraper are as high as the sky. The cheapest apartment starts at 6.7 million dollars, and the most expensive five-bedroom apartment costs 63 million dollars.

It cost 3 billion dollars to build this tower. The question is who will buy the apartments now when there are few new buyers looking for expensive apartments in New York.
