Among the accused are Gilda Martin, the hotel manager, Esteban Grassi, the receptionist, and Roger Nores, Payne’s friend. They have been charged with manslaughter for failing to care for Liam, who was reportedly intoxicated. Two other individuals, Ezequiel Pereyra, a hotel worker, and Braian Paiz, a waiter, face charges for supplying drugs to Payne.

The investigation revealed that Payne had taken a taxi to buy drugs before the incident. Authorities believe he may have fallen while trying to leave his hotel room. There is a strong interest in the case because of Payne’s popularity, and it is being handled by a national court.
