Jay Y. Lee is the boss of Samsung. Some people say that he makes mistakes during the merger. He breaks the rules. He uses his power for his good. Lee says that this is not true. He explains that it is just normal management. He follows clear rules.
Prosecutors want five years in jail for Lee. The defense says that the judge does not care about some things. 106 minority shareholders speak in the case. The judge ignores what they say. The trial lasts for three years already.
